Limited Open Bar
Host limits open bar alcohol service to beer and/or wine only. Guests may purchase liquor and cocktails on a cash-bar basis.
Cash Bar
Hosts who elect not to offer bar service may allow guests to purchase drinks on a cash-bar basis.
Max Spend Limit
Hosts may set a "maximum spend limit" for open bar service in advance. The lead bartender will alert your designated decision-maker when approaching the set limit, which can be increased or held firm. Once the limit is met, service converts to cash-bar.
Champagne Service
Champagne can be arranged and priced depending on the brand you select. Servers can pass glasses upon arrival and offer champagne at the bar.
Service Policies
Bartenders and Servers
- A $50 set-up fee is required for bartender service for private events.
- For events in The Hall, a second bar is provided and stocked with selected alcohol service (e.g., beer, seltzer, and wine), with full service available at the First & Main bar.
- For events with over 100 guests, additional bartenders may be required at $100/bartender.
Outside Alcohol
- Hosts may bring 1–2 bottles of a special wine or champagne for a toast by the guests of honor.
- Otherwise, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in and around the facilities, including the parking lot.
Tipping and Gratuities
- Beverage prices do not include tips; an 18% gratuity fee will be added to your final beverage statement.
- Further tips for outstanding service are always appreciated but not required.
State of Missouri drinking age laws will be enforced at all times.
